Online gaming software provider CYOP Systems International Inc. announced this week that it has inked a letter of intent with its first online poker licensee, RDC Services Ltd. CYOP's software management and licensing activities are run by it wholly owned subsidiary, Red Felt Software.
As part of the licensing agreement, RDC, a company specializing in online marketing and management, will pay an initial fee, as well as a commission off of the net rake to Red Felt. RDC's new online poker site is expected to launch in late August. Red Felt's licensing agreement provides that the company will supply RDC with a fully-loaded online poker site, complete with download-free poker software, live reporting, hosting and server monitoring, and financial transaction processing services.
"We are extremely happy to have already begun licensing the new software," noted Mitch White, CEO of CYOP. "We launched the site last month in Beta, and have spent the last few weeks enhancing the play functions and some of the content. This is especially important as we roll the product out over increasing distribution channels and expand into new markets."
