New episodes of Celebrity Poker Showdown are coming to Bravo, starting next Week. The new tournament will move to Thursday nights at 8:00 pm ET/PT. A total of 25 celebrities have signed on to participate in the new tournament, in which they compete for a charity jackpot of $250,000. The tournament is divided up into six hour-long episodes, each featuring a different theme.
The first game in the tournament, premiering next Thursday, August 18th, features reality TV stars. Game two has been coined "Boys Night Out" and will host quite a motley choice of boys, including Howie Mandel and Meatloaf, for starters. Game three offsets game two, letting the ladies have their chance to shine on "Ladies Night." Game four is just a random arrangement of celebrities and game five, going by the name "Rosie and Friends," is headlined by Rosie O'Donnell.
