The Sun Online Teams up with Victor Chandler for Poker Tournament
UK tabloid "The Sun Online" has partnered with Victor Chandler for an upcoming free poker tournament. The Sun's poker tournament will begin in the near future, and gives players the opportunity to win £30,000 worth in prizes. Prizes for this poker event range from a Mini Cooper, plus holiday for 2 to Las Vegas (including $1000 spending money), to a laptop.
Two qualifying rounds will take place each day of the poker tournament, and the top 27 players in each qualifier will go through to the weekly final taking place every Friday. Six of these weekly finals will be held, and each weekly winner will participate in the Grand Final, which will take place in about six weeks at the Palm Beach Casino in London.
All in all, the grand final will include six qualifiers. This poker tournament caters to any poker player, even those who have never played the game before, as a complete guide to the game will be provided to players. More news on this event will be announced soon.
