PaddyPowerPoker.com, an online poker website based in Ireland, has apparently decided to attract poker players in an extremely unconventional way. This August, the site's operators will invite poker players to get naked somewhere in Dublin. Paddy Power Poker's goal is to break the record set by the Naturist Society of Estonia for the world’s largest naked poker game. In the Estonian game, 104 individuals played poker au naturel.
Interestingly enough, in the Estonian poker game, the players started out in the nude and had to put clothes on only whenever they lost a hand, sort of like reverse strip poker. PaddyPowerPoker.com officials have reportedly decided to run their poker game in a similar manner. Players participating in the nude tournament will be disqualified after they have put on 10 clothing items.
The winner of the PaddyPowerPoker.com event will be awarded the Paddy Power Poker golden fig leaves and will also receive a holiday for two in Scarborough's Cayton Beach, one of the most luxurious nudist locations in Europe. The site is currently recruiting players for this unique tournament.
