Clonie Glowen filed a multi-faceted lawsuit at Nevada District Court against her former employer Full Tilt Poker as well as individuals and corporations part of it.
There was an alleged breach of contract, of fiduciary duty, of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment and fraud by Howard & Howard, Gwen's attorneys and Attorneys PC of Las Vegas state five areas.
Gowen feels she has been victimized by the Full Tilt Corporation as a whole whom she started working for in 2004 and was informed of her release Nov 11th this year.
According to Gowen, Full Tilt hired her to be one of their ''celebrity players'' yet she was compensated only 1% ownership of the company and any extended parts thereof.
Gowen pointed out in Court that she did not receive any buy ins for tournaments or any other financial backing other than her 1% ownership, despite the fact that she played under the ''Team Full Tilt'' banner, wore their logos and promoted the site at poker tournaments around the world.
Undisclosed regular payments to Full Tilt members starting from May 2007, is another of Gowen's allegations.
In 2004 there had been a verbal contract offered by Bitar to Gowen. In 2007 Lederer offered her $250,000 for her ''past performance'' with the company. Gwen refused this as she claims she was due much more per her 1% ownership.
With the additional possibility of punitive damages, Gowen is seeking her 1% entirety of Full Tilt operation which her attorneys estimate at $40 million.
One of the attorneys in charge of the complaint-Jim Kohl is confident that the allegations will be proved in trail.
